Information: Dr. Chelst (B.A. degree, Yeshiva College ; M.S. in Operations Research, New York University ; Ph.D. degree in Operations Research M.I.T) is Chair of the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at Wayne State University . His research interests include structured decision-making in engineering management, globalization of the engineering and manufacturing management functions, and operations research models applied to emergency services. Dr. Chelst played a lead role in the development of the internationally recognized Engineering Management Masters Program (EMMP) in partnership with Ford Motor Company.
