Dr. David Goldsman

Professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology


Information: Dr. Goldsman, a widely recognized expert in Simulation and Operations Research, received a Ph.D. and M.S. in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University , dual Masters of Science degrees in Mathematics/Computer & Information Science and dual Bachelors degrees in Mathematics/Physics from Syracuse University . He is a Professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. His areas of interest are analysis of computer simulation output, statistical ranking and selection methods, applied statistics, and operations research education. He serves as Board Representative for the Winter Simulation Conference and Chair of the INFORMS Public Awareness Committee.
